Hey guys, today I’m going to be showing you my everyday makeup routine.
Firstly, if I’m not being lazy or in a rush then I’ll start by prepping my skin with my mini Olay Regenerist Skin Tone Perfecting Cream with two drops of The Body Shop Oils Of Life mixed in.
Next I’ll take my L’Oreal True Match foundation on my Real Techniques Foundation brush and apply this to my face, finishing off with my beauty blender. I’ll then apply a Collection Pressed Powder just to set it all in place.
After my base makeup is done, I’ll quickly exfoliate my lips with my Bubblegum Lush Lip scrub and apply my Rimmel Kate Moss lip balm.
Moving swiftly on, I now make a start on my eyes. At the moment I like to use a mixture of shimmers and matte shades. I start off by using my Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo in the colour Créme De Rose. This works as a nice base for all of my eye makeup.
Next, I take two Makeup Revolution pallets, one called Redemption Shimmer and the other Essential Mattes 2. I use the champagney gold shimmers for my main colour and then take a muted brown matte for the outer corners. I use three brushes for my eyes two Real Technique: The Base Shadow brush and the Deluxe Crease Brush as well as a brush I got in a makeup set a while bac.
After I’ve finished applying my eye makeup, I finish the eyes off with my Nik 24hr Waterproof Eyeliner in the colour Dark brown an the Lash Sensational mascara by Maybelline.
After my eyes are complete I move on to my brows. I don’t like using pencils so I take my Real Technique Brow Brush and use the collection Eye Brow Kit, finishing it by setting it with the gel included.
After all of this I apply concealer. Personally I like to wait until all the eye shadows are out of the way before this step, simply because it tidies up any fallout which may occur. I use a mix of the Collection concealer in the colour fair and my Maybelline Eye Eraser.
The penultimate step is probably my favourite and that is highlighting and contouring. I use the Makeup Revolution Vivid Highlighter in the shade Peach Lights, which is so beautiful and the Collection Bronze Glow Mosaic. The brushes I like to use are the Real Techniques Fan brush and the Luxe 504 Large Angeled brush.
And finally I finish the look with my Mac lipstick in the shade Mehr – my all time fave.
So that’s it. I hope you enjoyed this post and if you made it till the end 5 points to you. Thanks for reading.
