Hey guys, to kick start my return to blogging I wanted to share some of my liquid lipstick collection with you and do some mini reviews. I am going to rate each one I talk about on: colour; formula; pigmentation and overall look, finishing off with a brief overview of the product as a whole. So here goes:

Colour: 3/5
Formula 3/5
Pigmentation: 4/5
Over all look: 3/5
This product is aparently a dupe for Kylie Jenner’s Candy K, which is partially the reason why I bought this. The forumla itself is very thick and drying, however, the pigment is very strong and the product does stay on throughout the day. I love the colour of this product, so I tend to ignore the dryness as much as possible, it’s the perfect mauvey nude.
Colour: 4/5
Formula: 5/5
Pigmentation: 5/5
Overall look: 5/5
I love this product. The colour is gorgeous, the packaging is super cute and I love the naming system with the cities. Another thing that makes this product so great is the formula, it is so soft and glides on so easily, which is the opposite of most liquid lip products I have tried. I honestly cannot fault this product. I have another one in the shade Dubai and I will definitely be purchasing more very soon.
Colour: 4/5
Formula: 3/5
Pigmentation: 5/5
Overall look: 3.5/5
I love the colour of this product, however, it can be quite drying at times, which makes removing the product quite difficult. Another downfall is that the product is very staining and my lips remain very red after removal. It isn’t a product I would wear ona  day to day basis. That being said it’s perfect for nights out because it doesn’t budge and you always have colour on your lips.
Colour: 4.5/5
Forumula: 3.5/5
Pigmentation: 3.5/5
Overall Look: 4/5
I love the colour of this, I think it’s such a perfect shade for autumn, especially in the lead up to Halloween. The pigment is strong, if a little patchy in places and it can be quite difficult to apply, but the overall look is lovely. When I first started wearing this I found the product to be slightly sticky, however, this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, making it very wearable. And at £3 it’s a real bargin.
Colour: 5/5
Formula: 2/5
Pigmentation: 4/5
Overall Look: 3/5
This is such a perfect nude colour for everyday wear. The applicator is so easy to use, the packaging is so simple yet effective and the pigment is very strong. The formula of this product however, completely lets it down for me, it is far too sticky, (as you may be able to tell in the picture above). If anyone has any ways of making this less sticky and more wearable, please do let me know since it would be such a perfect colour for everyday use.
 Colour: 5/5
Formula: 5/5
Pigmentation: 5/5
Overall Look: 5/5
As you can probably tell from the ratings, this is my all time favourite liquid lipstick. Again NYX I cannot fault you, another brilliant lip product. The pigmentation is super strong, the formula glides on so easily and I honestly forget it’s on half the time because of how light and soft it is. I also adore this colour, and wear it pretty much on a daily basis. The naming system again, is super fun full on names conncted with seduction and lingerie, which I think is very cleverly fitting to say the lipsticks are all nude shades.
Obviously there are many other different liquid lips out there, these are just a few of the ones I have tried recently or have loved having in my collection. Please comment below any recomendations for any other products you love, or your views on any mentioned above, I would love to hear your thoughts. Don’t forget to follow the links below to keep up to date with new posts and I will chat to you all soon.

  2. Great blog post! I tried Kylie Jenner's lip kit for the first time a few weeks ago and NYX straight after and I can honestly say I much preferred NYX! Kylie's is very drying but the colours are gorgeous 🙂
